Our services

  • Individual

Individual counseling provides a private, collaborative setting to work through emotional concerns, difficult experiences, relationships, transitions, or patterns that no longer seem helpful.

Rather than assuming one approach works for everyone, therapy is adapted to the person sitting in the room.

Individual counseling may be available for adults, adolescents, and children depending on the therapist and presenting concern.

  • Couples

Relationships can become strained by communication difficulties, conflict, disconnection, parenting, trust concerns, major transitions, or accumulated stress.

Couples counseling provides a structured place to better understand what is happening within the relationship, identify patterns that keep conflict going, and develop healthier ways of communicating and connecting.

  • Children & Families

When one family member is struggling, the effects are often felt throughout the family.

Child and family counseling may involve working individually with a child, meeting with parents, or bringing family members together depending on the concern. Treatment is tailored to the child's developmental level and the needs of the family.

  • Groups

Group counseling provides a supportive, shared environment to navigate life's challenges, connect with others facing similar experiences, and develop meaningful coping strategies.

Casie regularly offers targeted support groups, including groups for expecting and postpartum mothers, as well as specialized groups for female college students focusing on managing academic and life stressors. Because group offerings continuously evolve to meet community needs, please contact our office to inquire about currently available groups and registration details.

  • Telehealth Counseling

Secure telehealth appointments allow clients to attend counseling from a private location using a computer, tablet, or smartphone.

Telehealth can be especially useful for clients who live farther from the office, have demanding schedules, travel frequently, or simply prefer receiving counseling from home.

Availability depends on the counselor, the client's location, and applicable regulatory requirements.

  • In-Person Counseling

For clients who prefer meeting face-to-face, counseling is available at our Lufkin, Texas office.

A private counseling setting provides an opportunity to step away from daily responsibilities and focus fully on the issues bringing you to therapy.

If you are interested in walk-and-talk therapy as an alternative to traditional office sessions, please ask our office about availability and details.
